Google is seemingly securing a quality OLED panel by adding fancy useful display functionality as the Pixel XL 2 will feature an “Always On” option in its display settings, allowing the phone’s screen to display useful information and notifications while the device is locked and idle.
The original Pixels don't use sRGB by default and have a toggle for it. Toggling it on ruins the colors in a pretty similar fashion.— Artem Russakovskii (@ArtemR) October 19, 2017
The sRGB mode which was activated on previous Google’s later Nexus will leave its secluded spot behind Developer Options, and moving to the another default Display settings which is tagged as "normal" but the good things is that still users will have display customization this time around.
